Top calorie tracking App reveals new US website

Nutracheck – a top British calorie tracking App which can help to double weight loss – has launched a US website to complement its award-winning App.

Nutracheck’s App has been available in the US for 12 months and is proving a hit with users. Now a new website will give members extra features and support to help them achieve their weight goal.

NutraTech CEO, tech entrepreneur Tim Vryenhoef, said: “We are excited to launch this new platform for our US members. As a key player in the UK weight loss market, we wanted to bring unique online features like our Live Club Weigh-in experience to our US customers too.”

The www.nutracheck.com calorie counter website is quick and easy to use. It shows photo or logo search results like the App for easy product recognition; American users can track and tot up their daily calorie intake with ease via a database of over 300,000 popular American foods.

Members have more options to customise their food diary, view personal reports and browse hundreds of useful articles about weight loss, nutrition and exercise.

“Our mission is to give people who are trying to lose weight a proven weight management solution – tracking calorie intake in a food diary – which educates and encourages people to make smarter food choices. We have established ourselves as industry leaders here in the UK and we are keen to bring what we do best – making food tracking faster and easier – to our US users.

“Now even more Americans can sign up for the Nutracheck Challenge: double your weight loss safely and easily in less than 10 minutes a day.

“10 minutes a day is all you need to invest to take control of your weight and get on the right track to a healthier lifestyle. US research shows that the Nutracheck message – eat, track and lose – is a sensible, fad-free way to lose weight safely, based on the tried and tested ‘food diary’ approach.”

App Store review:

I was using My Fitness Pal for about a year when I read an article in the MailOnline* that mentioned this app. I downloaded it to try out and absolutely love it! I ended up deleting MFP. The user interface is easy and clean looking. So far all the foods I’ve scanned come up accurately listed and there are TONS of exercises to choose from when inputting your daily exercise (good for me since I take many different classes at the gym). So glad I found this app…HIGHLY recommend!” (Mjohn1023)

The Nutracheck App links with Fitbit – the global leader in the fast-growing connected health and fitness market – to automatically sync physical activity data and steps to Nutracheck. iPhone users can also connect to Apple’s HealthKit.

North American consumers can try the full Nutracheck service – website and App – free for a week. Membership starts from $23.99 for 2 months.

App-Only membership is $4.99 for 30 days. (The App can be used free with daily usage limits; for unrestricted use, upgrade in-App).

Available for iOS and Android. Search for ‘Nutracheck’.
