The results of a nationwide YouGov* weight loss survey commissioned by multi-award winning online diet system Nutracheck reveals that 63% of the UK believes that weight loss requires cutting out certain types of food – e.g the fun ones! An overwhelming majority (86%) of dieters who lost enough weight to improve their health did so whilst continuing to eat chocolate and other treats. An astounding 91% of members** who lost 10% of their body weight did so whilst still eating chocolate as part of a healthy balanced diet.
